About Our Chairman's Journey
In March 2023, during the bank's scheduled elections, Shri Swaroop Jain was appointed as Chairman for a tenure of 5 years. Notably, Shri Swaroop Jain had previously served as the bank’s founder Chairman, holding the position from 1997 to 2002 and again from 2002 to 2007.
His return to the role follows the distinguished tenure of Shri Kamal Chand Jain, who served as the second Chairman for three consecutive five-year terms. This seamless transition in leadership reflects the bank’s tradition of stability and experienced governance.
